A big round of applause to ALL the incredible 4th graders in Novato who participated in our K9 Naming contest last month. Many thanks to the Novato Unified School District for teaming up with the students on this paw-some project. With almost 200 entries, picking just one was no walk in the park!
A special shout out to one lucky 4th grader at Pleasant Valley Elementary for submitting the name “Koda” and winning the pizza party for their class!
Koda is a spirited 2.5-year-old Dutch Shepherd, partnered with K-9 Handler, Officer Solana. This dynamic duo is ready to serve our community and create a safer Novato. If you spot them around town, feel free to give them a friendly wave!
